We will collect payment information at the time of your appointment confirmation and if payment for the appointment has not been received within 24-hours of the scheduled appointment, it will be assumed that you cannot make your appointment. It will then be cancelled and you will be charged the $50.00 cancellation fee. Many Oklahoma women struggle to find competent hormonal care and it is our desire to help as many of these women as possible. We ask that you communicate with us in a timely fashion if you are unable to keep your appointment to avoid the cancellation fee and open your appointment slot for another woman needing care.
